Drum Knocker is a StudioVerse mixing rack designed to give your drums the punch, weight and presence required in modern productions.

Instead of loading multiple plugins and tweaking several parameters, Drum Knocker simplifies the process into a set of carefully designed macro controls that shape compression, tone, harmonics and low-end behavior.

Each macro has been carefully calibrated so you can’t easily over-process the signal, one of the most common problems when working with drum buses and low end. This allows you to move quickly while keeping the drums balanced, controlled and musical.

The result: drums that hit harder, sit better in the mix and translate across different systems.

Key Controls

Punch

Adds parallel compression to increase the impact and energy of your drums without destroying their natural dynamics.

Console Flavor

Adds the tonal character of three classic console styles (SSL, TG and Neve), shaping how lows, mids and highs react within the rack.

Sub / Low

Enhances low and sub frequencies using EQ and harmonic enhancement to add weight and depth to kicks and drum loops.

Low Note

Allows you to slightly shift the fundamental of the kick, helping it sit better with the bass or 808 depending on the key of the track.

Low Control

Dynamic low-end management that suppresses problematic resonances and controls excessive energy while keeping the low end powerful.

Dynamic

An expander designed to bring back life and movement to drums, especially when working with compressed loops or samples.

Cut Through

Adds harmonic presence and subtle EQ so drums cut through the mix without needing excessive volume.

Limiter

Final peak control that helps increase perceived loudness while keeping drum transients controlled and consistent.
